Pivotal Communications Group LLC is happy to offer an Evaluation Program for FrontRow products. 

Evaluation programs are great ways for our customers to experience first-hand the many benefits of classroom sound. 

Pivotal Communications Group is an authorized FrontRow reseller in the Northeastern US. 
We are therefore ONLY allowed to sell and ship to the following US states: CT, DE, DC, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI and VT.

Pivotal Communications Group Evaluation Program Rules for FrontRow products: 

 All evaluation orders must be drop-shipped directly to customer locations in CT, DE, DC, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI and VT.

 Evaluation period is 45 days (if your school or company is approved to receive an evaluation product).

 Any FrontRow system is an option for evaluation.

 FrontRow will ship to customers and prepay freight. Customer has 45 days to try product at no charge. 

If Evaluation system is kept: 
Customer will pay Pivotal Communications Group LLC for product (including shipping cost as indicated in original estimate/invoice that follows the trial product).

If Evaluation system is returned: 
Customer will receive RMA number from FrontRow for return of system (upon request by customer or Pivotal Communications Group LLC). The customer is responsible for the return freight charges to FrontRow.
